Deborah Mott

Over the course of my design career, which spans over 20 years now, I have developed a strong reputation for providing my clients not only with creative work product that they love, but also with an unwavering commitment to the core intangibles that define long-term, successful business partnerships--integrity, passion, energy and a fierce devotion to excellence.

Known as a problem-solver who has uncommon ability to understand and assimiliate business objectives with creative development, I have been called upon to work closely with clients, including their top executives, on all phases of creative projects from concept to final execution across a variety of industries including events, financial services, entertainment, hospitality, retail and telecommunications. I am proud to have earned industry awards including Webby honors, Gold Communicator, Telly, and Davey Awards.

Before founding my own studio, I worked for ING Group as the lead creative for ING Advisors Network. I led the re-branding of four national ING companies, and was appointed to serve on the national committee for brand integration. During my tenure, my team was recognized as an ING Center of Excellence and was awarded their Circle of Honor Award. I was recruited from ING to become the creative director for the Los Angeles ad agency, Pinnacle Advertising, where I worked on national accounts including National Cable Telecommunications Association and Women in Cable Telecommunications.

I began my career with MCA Broadcasting in New York and went on to do work for Macy’s, LA Gear, and Disney films. I studied design and illustration at Parsons School of Design and the Art Students League of New York, and I am a graduate of Rutgers University.
